1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept return requests within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Be supported by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Personal care or hygiene items
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Shipping fees paid at checkout

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
All returns require prior authorization.

If approved, you will receive:

Returns sent without authorization or without the provided label may not be accepted.
4. REFUND PROCESSING
Once your returned item arrives at our facility, it will be inspected.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10 business days
- Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us for assistance.
5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at service@seloren.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
6. EXCHANGES
Seloren does not offer direct exchanges.
If you prefer a different item, please:
- Submit a return request for the original product
- Place a new order once your return has been approved
This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory management.
7. EUROPEAN UNION – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To qualify:
- Items must remain unused and in original condition
- Packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
This right exists separately from Seloren’s standard 30-day return policy.
