8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the situation. We will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution after review.
- Lost Packages: If a shipping carrier officially confirms that a package has been lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or an alternative resolution at no additional cost.
